Corsaires High Income Value Equities, LLC (CHIVE) is a $30MM 506(c) private placement offering – available only to accredited investors – formed to invest and trade primarily in real estate investment trusts (REITs).

CHIVE will develop a diversified portfolio of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and other dividend-paying securities with the objectives of steadily increasing portfolio income and producing total returns in excess of the S&P 500.

With a focus on acquiring interests that are trading below their intrinsic values or are discounted relative to their sector peers, Corsaires High Income Value Equities, LLC hopes to realize higher current dividend income and long-term capital appreciation than the REIT sector averages.

CHIVE is structured to maximize the amount of capital that goes toward investments with organizational expenses as low as 0.25% at full capitalization.  We further save clients money with a low cost of capital through our negotiated margin expense rate and relatively cheap trading commissions.  Over time, these savings enhance client returns as compared to other funds which do not go the extra mile to save client’s money.  Investors in CHIVE receive a priority return before management’s equity participation. 2MC has worked tirelessly to make CHIVE our most investor-friendly fund to date.
